The Supreme Court of Somalia
The Supreme Court of the Federal Government of Somalia shall have the jurisdiction to hear all appeal cases against judgments of Appeal Courts, all administrative cases, reviewing its own judgments. According to Article 5 of the Organization of Judiciary Law, the cases before the Supreme Court are heard by full bench or division bench.
