Admin and Finance

The Department of Finance   manages the financial operations of the Supreme Court. It prepares and executes annual budgets in line with national public financial management laws, ensures proper allocation and utilisation of financial resources, and monitors expenditures. The department also administers procurement in accordance with public procurement regulations, ensures timely disbursement of salaries and benefits to judicial officers and staff, and facilitates regular internal and external audits. It also generates financial reports for accountability and supports judicial independence through transparent and autonomous financial management.
