Department of Cases

This is the Court’s central judicial administration office. It receives, registers, and records all cases filed before the Supreme Court, assigns docket numbers, and monitors the progress of each case. The department schedules hearings, facilitates service of process, and ensures timely delivery of judgments. It manages confidential records, facilitates access to case files, and supports initiatives to reduce backlog through efficient case-flow management systems. It plays a central role in preserving procedural integrity and public confidence.
