Department of Planning

The Planning Department leads strategic planning and institutional development efforts of the Court. It formulates annual work plans, performance frameworks, and multi-year strategic priorities. It conducts institutional research, evaluates performance against set indicators, and compiles reports for both internal use and judicial oversight bodies. The department also coordinates judicial reform projects, resource mobilisation efforts, and stakeholder engagement in line with the Judiciary’s development agenda.
